Dead soldiers is a game first and foremost, but like any game there are a few rules to abide by.

First, please make sure your username is your character's first and last name or their nickname and last name. You may have up to two characters and you will need a separate account for each. If you want to join up just to get a feel for stuff before you make a character then your username can be anything you'd like, but once you have a character it'll be changed.

OOC/General Rules
1.There is no rating limitation, but if you are posting mature content then please post a warning in the subject of the thread.
2.Be respectful. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but on this forum you are not entitled to be nasty toward someone just because theirs is different.
3. No trolling or spamming.
4. Do not harass other members.
5. Make sure you post in the correct forum; if you want to make a topic about ponies, you would post it under "General Discussion" and not "The Antonelli House".
6. No flaming.
7. If you have any complaints, please take it up with a moderator in private. Don't make a new thread about it.

IC/Role Playing Rules
1. NO god-moding.
2. No meta-gaming. If you know something OOCly, that does not mean your character knows it too.
3. Again, there is no rating limitation, but please be considerate of others and post a warning in the subject of your thread.
4. Adhere to the continuity of the story/lore. We're open to new ideas and suggestions, but don't go saying your character is the father of all vampires without running a detailed proposal past the mods first.

Avatars
The maximum size for an avatar is 150x150. Please make sure it's relevant to Dead Soldiers, vampires, werewolves, or the 1920s in some way. A lolcat is probably not so great for immersion. Also try to keep it fairly clean.

Signatures
You may have have, at maximum, one banner in your signature. For the sake of everyone else, please keep it at 500x120px or smaller. Once again, try to keep it relevant and clean. Please include a link to your character's profile in your signature as well (if they aren't included in your banner, should you choose to use one).
